Guntschöllerhof is the ideal starting point for both short tours and tours that are not too demanding as well as extended mountain hikes in the Dolomites.

We are located directly at Oachner Höfeweg and therewith also only a stone’s throw from castle Schloss Prösels, which contains several old frescoes, weapons and dungeons.
The closest villages are Tiers am Rosengarten (5 km) and Völs am Schlern (6 km).

The capital city of Bozen with its fascinating old town and impressive museums is only 12 km away.

We are located directly at the entrance to the Schlern-Rosengarten naturpark, where alpine huts are open to you in summer as are the beautiful hiking paths. Anyone who comes bathing to the holiday region Seiser Alm will find an idyllic bathing lake at the foot of Schlern mountain.

Völser Weiher lake is one of the cleanest bathing lakes in Italy.

When it gets cooler outside and warmer inside, that’s when the „Törggele“ time starts in South Tyrol.
Breathtaking hikes in colourful forests e.g. along Oachner Höfeweg, to our farm inn Laitnkeller invite our valued guests in to linger.

We are located in the Dolomites, not far from the famous Seiser Alm and Carezza ski resorts, which by the way, are easily reached using the specially dedicated shuttle buses.

Our house guests are welcome to participate in the daily farming life, in the stables, on the farm and helping in the fields.
